The
whole concept is to gather together and sketch and have fun, but this
is not our only goal. This is our fourth year to have this Sketching Day
and we try to support it in other ways as well.
Since 2009 we have organized lectures on the various aspects, forms and uses of sketches.

We have had presentations on the history of sketching and the relations to comics...
We have organized open workshops...

This is a great "journey" for us in SKETBE and a yearly meeting when we
can research deeper in the secrets and joys of sketching, discuss about
it, learn about it...
